To provide a quality shopping experience, we make every effort to keep our system updated. However, in the event that you have ordered an out of stock item, we will notify you via e-mail and correct any changes which shall reflect on your new invoice.
Sizing Information
Sizing varies from one designer to another and for that reason we are unable to provide you precise measurements. Instead, please use the size chart provided as a general guide. You may also contact us via e-mail or phone for further assistance. We will do our best to service you.
Form of payment and Credit Cards We Accept
Currently bossiandichky.com accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover. If you are having problems processing your order please call (206) 749-2830 and our sales representative will kindly assist you. All orders are processed from the store's Point of Sale service. You can be rest assured that your credit card information has ecryption protection.
Do We Charge Sales Tax?
Due to the new Washington State Destination Based Tax laws all online orders will have the tax figured according to zip code prior to processing your shopping order. Upon which you will receive your order confirmation detailing taxes and shipping charges.
Tracking My Order
Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted.
Step 2: You will receive a shipping confirmation via email. The Shipping confirmation shall include the tracking number for your package.
Step 3: Check the status of your delivery by logging into your bossiandichky.com account by clicking on the link “My Account”. Click on “Order History” to view the shipping status of your current order.

Step 3: Check the status of your delivery at ups.com using your tracking number.
Modifying My Order
We apologize for any inconvenience, once your order has been submitted no further changes including cancellations will be allowed. If this shall occur, you will have to wait until the goods arrive and return or exchange it following our return or exchange policy.
Return Policy
We only accept return and exchanges on purchases shipped to the US and Canada.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return regular priced items within 21 days of receipt. Items will not be accepted after 21 days of receipt. No exceptions. Items must be in its original condition with tags still attached. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will refund you in the original form of payment no later than 7 business days.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges of under garments, socks, earrings, belly rings, hats, or cosmetics that have been removed from its original protective seal. Returns of Footwear are acceptable, but it must include its original box and in its original condition. If the shoebox is altered or damaged, a maximum fee of $25 may result.
Before any returns are made, please contact us via-email or phone, as our representative must authorize it. After we have received your return request, we will provide you an authorization number of which you must include on your return slip or package. Returns made without our authorization number may be rejected and sent back. We will make every effort to provide you with an authorization number within 24 hours and no later than 48 hours.
Please use a shipping method providing both a tracking number and insurance (insurance is not required). We are not liable for lost or damaged items that we did not ship ourselves. Prior to shipping, Bossi & Ich Ky check all merchandise for any defects, so it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are free of defects upon arrival. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days upon receiving the goods we will assume that you are pleased with your purchase and accept it as is. Please note that we do not sell used items.

How to Make a Return or Exchange
Please ensure that all items are securely packed and sealed to avoid damages during shipping. Remember to include your receipt, return/exchange slip and return or exchange authorization number. We are not liable for lost or damaged goods that we did not ship ourselves.
When Will I Be Refunded
Once Bossi & Ich Ky receives the returned package, you will be refunded in the original form of payment no later than 7 business days after receiving the goods. You will also be notified via email provided with your account when this transaction has taken place. Please be advised that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
Purchasing a Gift Card
Gift cards are available for purchase online. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase.
We deliver your gift card using UPS standard delivery with no shipping charges. If you wish, we may also choose your preferred shipping method at an additional cost.
Redeeming a Gift Card
You may make a purchase using your gift certificate by first registering on our site. Then at the checkout screen enter your gift certificate number in the field “Redeem your gift card”.
